We offer a variety of roasts, brisket, steaks, stew meat, minute steaks, fajita meat, patties, ground beef, and a variety of organs, bones, and beef fat. Our selection also includes premium cuts such as filet mignon, beef brats, and tomahawk steaks. Additionally, explore our beef tallow products, featuring both our cooking beef tallow for culinary uses and our beef tallow skincare line for natural skin nourishment.

High-Quality Lamb
Dorper Lambs locally raised offering products such as lamb chops, sirloin chops, loin chops, whole shank, shoulder chops, rosemary garlic sausage, loin roast, whole neck, ground lamb, regular lamb breakfast sausage and more.

Locally-Raised Goat
Boer Goats locally raised offering a wide variety of goat stew meat, ground goat, goat leg, loin chops, goat neck, rack chops, chorizo sausage, shoulder chops and whole shanks. All processed at a USDA facility.

High-Quality Pork
With our Pork, you can stock your freezer with a half or whole bulk order or by the pound. We offer a variety of roast, Boston butt, ribs, pork chops, ham steaks, ham cutlets, ground pork, a variety of sausages, breakfast links, breakfast patties, brats, and a variety of organs and pork fat.

FAQs
Do you raise your beef and pork?
Yes, all of our steers and hogs are raised right here on our farm, Roberson’s Family Farm, in Somerville, TN.
Do you raise your lamb, goat and chickens?
The lambs, goats and chickens are not raised on our farm, however are raised locally with the same values and practices we use on our farm.
Do you sell meat by the pound?
Yes, we offer beef, pork, host lamb and chicken by the lb. All are offered frozen and certain cuts of beef and pork fresh.
Are your cows grass fed and grain finished?
Yes, ours are on grass and grain in the summer and winter is hay and grain. At about 1000 lbs, in the last 2 months they get hay and grain pinned up. There are no hormones, no steroids, no dyes added. All are processed at a USDA facility.
